We have photographed many events year after year for the biggest happenings in Central Montana. We have the team and resources to consistently and painlessly deliver every detail of your event. With our event photography, you’ll receive all the best of your post-processed images in a high resolution digital format. Along with all of your images, you’ll be granted a standard commercial license¹ for all your photographs.
For our event photography, we do more than just take pictures; we're your media partner and can help you extract the most bang for your buck at your event. We photograph repeat events for great partners like the CM Russell Museum, Benefis, and others.
1. Because we retain the copyrights to these images, our standard license does not allow for sharing or providing these photos to business partners, event sponsors, or event guests. An additional license must be purchased for any additional use of these photographs. Please contact us with any specific questions about licensing.
Event Photography Pricing
Event photography coverage - $160 per hour
Event coverage includes one professional event photographer and all the “keeper” images from your event. We delete blurry photos, photos that are too dark, etc.; and only deliver usable images. Standard commercial licenses are granted for all images we photograph and deliver. Our minimum charge for event coverage is four hours. We’d love to photograph your event, even if it’s less than four hours (though we’d have to bill four hours of coverage).
Additional Photographer - $120 per hour

Daily Image Highlights - $250 per day
Our team will sort and deliver the best photos from the day, while the event is still going on so you can immediately put these images to use.
Gallery Hosting for Your Guests - $500 per event
If you want your attendees to be able to view and download images from your event, we can create a separate online gallery just for this purpose. We can also insert your branding (or a sponsor’s branding) or any other messaging you want your guests to see each time they view the gallery. This upgrade represents licensed personal use of your event photos but does not allow for any additional commercial use.
Rush Image Delivery - $250
Your photos will be delivered the next business day.
TRAVEL FEE - $600
For projects further than one hour’s drive from Great Falls, we charge a travel fee. For projects that require overnight lodging or a flight, we will quote a custom travel fee.
