Individual Headshot Pricing

The Standard Headshot - $299

Our standard individual headshot session is the perfect creative session with the right amount of time to collaborate so that we can create a variety of images to achieve the look or looks to get you what you need. We shoot these headshots in and around our downtown Great Falls, MT studio.

This session can last up to two hours (or much shorter if you don’t want any variety to pick from). Bring a few outfits and we’ll collaborate on wardrobe, posing, and expression to create a variety of images. If it helps, you’ll see the base images we’re creating as we shoot them so you’ll know what we’re getting. We can also digitally replace the background of your photo to create a variety of realistic, high-end, on-location looks.

After your session, we’ll deliver an online proofing gallery of all your images so you can pick your favorite one to be professionally retouched. One image is included with our Standard Headshot but you can certainly buy more if you love them or wanted more variety!

Payment at time of booking is required.

Full Image Gallery - $500

Get the full gallery of your un-retouched images in high resolution. You can print these or use them online. A standard commercial license is granted for these photos.

Individual Retouched Images - $150

Get an additional single image from your session professionally retouched by hand. A standard commercial license is granted for this photo as well.

Three Retouched Images (10% savings) - $405

Get three additional images from your session professionally retouched by hand. A standard commercial license is granted for these photos as well.

Five Retouched Images (15% savings) - $637

Get five additional images from your session professionally retouched by hand. A standard commercial license is granted for these photos as well.

Ten Retouched Images (25% savings) - $1,125

Get ten additional images from your session professionally retouched by hand. A standard commercial license is granted for these photos as well.

On Location Fee - $199

If you wanted to shoot your headshot session on-location where you work or outside somewhere in the Great Falls area, we can do that!

TRAVEL FEE - $600

For headshots further than one hour’s drive from Great Falls, we charge a travel fee. For projects that require overnight lodging or a flight, we will quote a custom travel fee.

cancellation OR same-day rescheduling FEE - $39

There is a $39 fee for outright cancellations or same-day rescheduling. There is no fee to reschedule if we have at least a day's notice. We don’t like junk fees ourselves but we need to cover our platform fees and staffing.
